Ashcombe Maze & Water Gardens offer the ultimate in Team Building Challenges.  Home to Australia's oldest and largest hedge mazes and the world's first circular rose maze, our unique 25-acre property has been carefully nurtured to delight the senses throughout the seasons with over 10 themed garden areas.

Ashcombe's fully licensed café/garden terrace with its vaulted ceilings and towering windows overlooks the mazes and gardens and offers a diverse menu featuring fresh local produce available throughout the day.  A wide range of local wines is available by the bottle or glass, great coffee served to your liking, a wide selection of teas and the now famous Ashcombe 'rose' scones are baked daily.

Ashcombe's experienced team will structure your groups team building events based on details provided and required outcomes or alternatively, conduct the activities specific to your own requirements. 

The following are examples of our most popular team building exercises but of course we can build and/or change the format to suit your group.

• Challenge 1 - Ashcombe Time Trials.  This is an exercise of speed and stamina.
• Challenge 2 - Ashcombe Which Way.  This challenge utilises directional skills, memory and group collaboration.
• Challenge 3 - Ashcombe Brain Strain.  Concentration, listening skills, observance of trivia and group discussion are required for this challenge.
• Challenge 4 - Ashcombe Prickly Poser.  Navigation and co-ordination skills as a group are the requirements for this prickly challenge. 
• Challenge 5 - Ashcombe Great Spit Off.  This is an optional finale to your team building event and involves wine spitting and a lot of laughter.
